Made in the back alleys of Saigon. These Special Forces badges were never official and not worn when the old man was around but prized by the men. This badge is 1 3/4 inches wide and has two clutch backs and is stamped 925 which is the designation of sterling as was done in Vietnam. Most reproductions of this badge are done in junk metals, this is the one of the only ones done in sterling.

A museum quality reproduction in sterling silver made the same way the originals were done in the back alleys of Saigon, Vietnam. This badge dates from 1967 and is marked “RECON DELTA CCC” This badge is rather heavy for a paratrooper badge at 12 grams which is almost double of a regular badge.

In Vietnam many of the special force units had their own insignia made up as did many of the men in the back alleys of Siagon. This is a museum quality reproduction of such a pin from 1968 with the initials PRU also hallmarked .925 which means it is sterling. The pin is 2 inches wide.

This is a museum quality reproduction of a very unusual wing badge from the Vietnam era made in sterling silver.  This is one of the many unofficial badges the SF troops had made in country.  This wing is raher unique in that the base wing is from the US Army Air Service of 1919 -1920 era and then had the center part soldered into place.

This is a museum quality reproduction of a very rare Vietnam era unofficial badge worn by special forces in the RT Florida team. This is not a common skull paratrooper badge that many of the teams had but rather an Army Pilot wing with a skull soldered onto the center shield. The original wing was made by Lordship Industries and so hallmarked on the back.
