WWII Paratrooper wings BB&B design Sterling

This is a museum quality reproduction of the first US Paratrooper badge in sterling silver of the rare BB&B design. This was the first paratrooper badge and only 350 were made back in 1941 for the 501st Parachute Battalion. This badge is thick and about double in weight of any other paratrooper badges I have had or made. It is 1 ½ inches wide. This is an excellent example of this badges, with the proper hallmark, that is affordable until a real one comes along.
