| Returns and Exchanges Damaged or otherwise faulty videos will be immediately replaced. Videos or DVDs may not be exchanged or refunded. If you are dissatisfied, a book in new and undamaged condition may be exchanged for credit towards another title. Shipping + Handling charges are not recoverable. Limited edition commemorative Turner books (Coded "T") may not be returned without prior approval. |
