A St. Louis Fire Department emergency medical technician, who loved helping people so much that he signed up for the Navy Reserves, was killed in Iraq.  Christopher was killed in action while his unit was conducting combat operations against enemy forces in Al Anbar province. Assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 24th Regiment, 4th Marine Division
